London to Paris Cycle

9 September 2026 - 13 September 2026

Four days, 309 miles, two iconic capitals

Cycle between two of Europe’s most iconic capital cities, experiencing glorious English countryside and the rolling green hills of Northern France along the way.

On arrival in Paris, you will cycle around the Arc de Triomphe, along the Champs Elysées, before reaching your finish line – the Eiffel Tower!

There are two options for paying and fundraising for your challenge:

Option A – Minimum Sponsorship
£149 registration fee + raise at least £1,950 in sponsorship
80% of this is due 12 weeks prior to your challenge.

Option B – Self-funding
£149 registration fee + self-fund £975
Then simply raise as much as possible with no minimum target.

What’s included?

  • One way ferry crossing from Dover to Calais
  • One way Eurostar ticket from Paris to London
  • All accommodation with the exception of the evening prior to the start of the challenge
  • Lunch on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on days 2, 3 and 4, and breakfast on day 5
  • Refreshment stops including water, fruit and a variety of snacks/energy bars/cereal bars every 15-20 miles cycled approx.
  • Back up and support vehicles
  • Route markers or cycle guides
  • English-speaking guides

  • Mechanic support.

What support is there on the bike ride?

You will be accompanied by a Global Adventure Challenges event crew, support vehicles, English-speaking guides, mechanic support, and route markers/cycle guides.

How fit do I have to be?

You need to have a reasonable level of fitness in order to take part, but you do not need to be ‘super fit’ or a professional athlete! You should slowly build up your fitness levels on the build up to your challenge by going on long cycle rides and cycling on consecutive days.
