The Firewalk is back! Face your fears and brave the coals on Friday 13 September.
This challenge is all about mind over matter. You will leave the Firewalk with a truly unforgettable experience, as well as a real sense of achievement for stepping (barefoot!) out of your comfort zone and raising life-changing funds for patients and staff at the Royal United Hospitals Bath.
While the fire is prepared outside, you will join your fellow firewalkers for a 1.5 hour motivational training seminar from our expert firewalking instructor. You will then head outside feeling empowered to walk barefoot across a bed of glowing coals and embers (with temperatures between 1,200-1,600 degrees fahrenheit!).
Family and friends are welcome to come along and cheer you on.
Our Firewalk is led by Firewalk UK (firewalk.co.uk), who follow strict safety protocols to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time on the night. On the night, their internationally certified firewalking instructor will support you to conquer this incredible challenge.

Is firewalking dangerous?

You will receive training before your firewalk to learn the art of quick steps and mind over matter. If done correctly, your feet will not get burnt and it will not cause you pain.
In a Firewalk, the greatest risk is not believing in yourself. The coals are hot, but with proper guidance, the experience is safe. Trust the process, conquer your fears, and you’ll emerge stronger than ever.

Can anyone take part?

Anyone can do a Firewalk! It’s not about age, background, or experience – it’s about belief in yourself. Embrace the fire, challenge your limits, and discover the incredible power within you. If you have health concerns or a pre-existing medical condition and are worried about taking part – seek advice from your doctor.
Please note, you must be 18 or over to take part in the Firewalk, due to the dangerous elements involved.
