The Bath Half marathon, or Bath Half as it’s affectionately known, is one of the most popular city runs in the UK. You’ll take on two laps of the traffic-free course through the heart of this stunning World Heritage City. This is a fast and flat course, perfect for first time half marathon runners or seasoned pros looking to beat a personal best.

We’ll be there on the day to give you all the support you need – before, during and after! We’re already warming up our vocal chords to make sure you get the loudest reception as you pass our cheer point.

How does my sponsorship help?

RUHX has been privileged to have charity places in the Bath Half Marathon since 2000 shortly after the charity formed. Over the past 25 years our extraordinary runners have raised over £875,000 for the charity and we can’t thank our runners enough for their passion and incredible support.
Every penny goes towards life-changing projects at the RUH, such as:
• providing state-of-the-art equipment
• providing facilities for loved ones to be with patients
• transforming hospital wards
• funding life changing research and innovative technologies
• providing mental health first aid training to staff
• arts programmes for children and older people on our wards
With your help, we can make our care extra extraordinary for every patient and support our hospital staff to do what they do best. We couldn’t do it without your exceptional support.

Our running vests are unisex but as a guide, our supplier suggests the following size conversion for women:
XXS – 6
XS – 8
S – 10
M – 12
L – 14
XL – 16
2XL – 18
3XL – 20
Can we take part as a team?

Yes you can! You can combine your fundraising targets as long as you raise £250 per person on average, e.g. a team of two must raise £500, a team of three must raise £750, etc.
