Last weekend TeamRUHX were delighted to be able to promote and fundraise for our hospital, at our near neighbours Bath Racecourse ‘Party in the Paddock’ race night. As well as fundraising through bar, charity stand and exit gate bucket collections we were also able to promote RUHX, what we are working to achieve and our current campaigns through:
- Finishing straight RUHX hoarding boards
- Big Screen video
- Advert in that meetings Racecard
- An RUHX race! The 6.40 RUHX Handicap Stakes
- Parade Ring charity ‘PA’ (Public Annoucement) interview.
And best of all, RUHX was able to offer hardworking hospital staff first come, first served access to the evening thanks to 100 free entrance tickets kindly supplied by the Racecourse. A much deserved night of fun away from the often challenging working life in a busy hospital.
