With the help of NHS Charities Together we’ve achieved even more than before in partnership with many wonderful charity partners from our local area.
Our Community Partnerships programme has allowed us to help 13 local organisations to improve themselves and their communities. These were Age UK Wiltshire, Alzheimer’s Support, Bath City Farm, Care Home Volunteers, Crosspoint Westbury, Ipsum Swindon, Off the Record Bath & NES, Root Connections, Sporting Family Change, Swindon Carers Centre, We Hear You, Our Wiltshire and Wiltshire Mind.
