As we enter into 2026, and after our Christmas campaign the RUHX team’s primary focus turns back towards the next stages of fundraising towards our three year £4 million PET-CT Scanner campaign. We’re kicking off the new year with a new round of promotion to talk to Bath and the wider community about how to support the campaign and the benefits that the new scanner will bring to the RUH. You can look out in the coming weeks and months for:
- New fundraising videos that share how PET-CT scans help real patients
- Insights into a scanner and Nuclear Medicine in local media
- Media advertising
- Promotion at our big events
- and much more.
The campaign has already been featured as a lead story in the January edition of The Bath Magazine. Their editor recently visited Sarah Cade, Head of Medical Physics & Bio-Engineering at RUH Bath to learn all about the campaign, Sarah’s role managing it along with her great team and the difference that a new scanner will make to patients.
It’s out now, and you can read online here on pages 50-51 – just click here.
Also the campaign featured as a fundraising advertisment on the page before the article and as one of the lead stories previewed on the front cover.
